Quick Tips is a series of short and to the point videos showing owners how to operate features on their vehicles. One of the first tasks for the Content Studio was to take on this series of videos. Making them even shorter than their previous incarnation, we brought the average video length down to under one minute and saw increased individual viewing numbers as a result.

Besides the length, we also found production efficiencies that allowed us to quickly shoot and edit the videos. Which worked well as demand for more came in. In one week, we were able to shoot 23 videos for two cars and turn around all the videos for review. And our small team made over 200 of these in one year. This speed allowed us to respond to the weekly search data Ford was seeing, making videos the week after there was an uptick in questions about a particular topic.
